Nina Garcia — Yoga

Yoga

Meet Nina Garcia

Growing up as a dancer, movement has always been Nina's way of expressing herself. While in graduate school, she found herself searching for the same sense of peace, presence, and grounding she had always experienced in the dance studio. That journey led her to yoga, where she discovered a practice that continues to shape both her teaching and everyday life.

Since completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024, Nina has taught more than 300 classes across a range of styles, including vinyasa, power vinyasa, yin, and yoga sculpt. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that strength and softness can exist together, and that movement is a powerful way to reconnect with both body and mind.

At House of Noor, Nina leads classes that blend intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of quiet reflection. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, her hope is that you'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and a little more connected to yourself.

Strength & Wellness

Meet Olivia Caraiman

Originally from Moldova, Olivia believes that sustainable wellness isn't built through extremes—it's built through consistency.

Her approach is practical, balanced, and refreshingly realistic. Rather than chasing quick fixes, she focuses on the everyday habits that make the biggest difference: eating nourishing whole foods, building strength, moving regularly, and creating routines that fit real life.

At House of Noor, Olivia leads workshops on strength training, healthy habits, and everyday wellness, sharing the lessons and practices that have shaped her own journey. Whether you're just getting started or looking to build more consistency, her goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered to make lasting changes.

Olivia is also available for one-on-one wellness mentoring and accountability sessions for those looking for encouragement, practical guidance, and support as they work toward healthier lifestyles.
